Increasingly the mass nowadays is greater responsibility for their own wellness instead of banking on the doctor to step in with cure when something is wrong. We now recognise that we can influence our health by making an improvement in lifestyle - a better diet, more exercising and reduced stress. People are also becoming aware that there are other healing methods - some new, others very ancient that can help to prevent illness or be used as a complement to the orthodox medicine.
So here I want to share with you some of those methods that I have known and some that I have used through my life, I hope that the series of methods that I will share with you will give you a clear, comprehensive, straightforward and encouraging information and advice about improving your health. I will touch in areas like Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Herbal-ism and many other free and natural ways to improve your health and lifestyle but yes of course sometimes I might add in some conventional medicine where necessary.
A healthy person is the one whose mind and body work to achieve that goal of being healthy.Well-being and health should be a major issue for everyone. For without a good health human life is significantly reduced. It is important to understand the underlying causes of major health problems so that you can live your life at the maximum capacity.
